Yes. Fider is designed for non-designers and non-editors. Everything works through simple forms — pick a template, fill in the fields, and publish. Settings also includes interactive tutorials that walk you through every feature step by step.

Fider focuses on creating, scheduling, and publishing. It intentionally does not include analytics, full video editing, comment management, or social listening. It also does not suggest optimal posting times.

The AI assistant generates text content — posts, reel descriptions, hashtags — always free with no limit. It also generates images from prompts, edits existing photos (background swap, adding elements), and animates still photos into short video clips (6 seconds, 720p). All output is shaped by your brand settings: tone of voice, writing style, business goals, and target audience.

Yes. In Settings you fill in your brand profile — tone of voice, writing style, business goals, target audience, and reference posts. You can also add custom instructions like “don’t use emoji.” The AI applies all of this every time it generates content.

Reels are built from pre-made animated templates. Pick a template, customize colors, fonts, and background music, add your photos or videos, fill in the text — and your reel is ready. Format: 9:16, 1080×1920 px. Duration depends on the template. Reels are available on all plans, and the number of templates grows with your plan. Browse reel templates.

Yes. Media slots in reels accept both photos and your own video files. The maximum file size is 2 GB.

It depends on your plan. Content published from paid plans (Hobby, Pro, Ultimate) and during the 14-day trial is clean, with no watermark. On the free Freemium plan, published content includes a Fider watermark and footer.

Six aspect ratios are available: Square 1:1, Landscape 4:3, Portrait 3:4, Instagram Feed 4:5, Widescreen 16:9, and Reels/Stories 9:16.

Yes, on every plan (starting with Freemium). Set the date and time and Fider publishes automatically at the scheduled moment. There is no limit on scheduled posts. You can also publish right away by clicking Publish.

Yes. When creating a post or reel you select the target profiles and Fider publishes to all of them at the same time. Publishing does not use credits. It counts toward your monthly publication limit, where each profile counts separately.

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Platform availability depends on your plan: Freemium and Hobby include Facebook and Instagram; Pro adds YouTube and LinkedIn; Ultimate adds TikTok. One connected account per platform.

No. Platform connections use secure OAuth. You log in directly on the platform’s own website (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) and approve permissions there — Fider never sees or stores your password.

When publishing a reel to Instagram or Facebook, you choose: Feed, Stories, or both at the same time.

Fider has a free Freemium plan and three paid plans: Hobby at €19/month, Pro at €39/month, and Ultimate at €59/month (VAT included where applicable). Registration is free, no credit card required. You start with 14 days of the full Ultimate plan, then you can stay on the free Freemium plan. Annual plans are not currently available. Compare plans.

Yes. Registration is free and requires no credit card. You start with 14 days of the full Ultimate plan, then continue on the free Freemium plan: 20 credits and 4 publications per month. Content published from the Freemium plan includes a Fider watermark. To publish more and without the watermark, choose a paid plan.

Yes. Reels from templates are available on all plans, including Hobby. Higher plans include more templates, and custom templates tailored to your brand are available on the Ultimate plan.

Currently 1 account = 1 brand. Agencies managing multiple clients need a separate account per client. Subscription pricing is negotiable — additional accounts don’t have to be full price. No. Generating and editing text content and hashtags is 100% free, with no usage limit, on every plan.

No. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.

Yes, on paid plans. Go to Settings → Subscription → Buy more credits. Available packs: 100 credits for €4 or 200 credits for €7. Credit top-ups are not available on the free Freemium plan.

Credit-consuming actions — image generation and editing, animation, and reel downloads — are blocked until the billing period renews or you buy a top-up pack. Publishing within your monthly limit and text and hashtag generation stay available.

Yes — at any time, on your own. Go to Settings → Subscription, pick a new plan, or click Manage subscription (Stripe portal). Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period — you keep all current plan features until the period ends.

Yes. Cancel on your own in Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. Your account stays active through the end of the paid period, then the plan expires. No extra fees, no notice period.

Billing is powered by Stripe. You’re charged automatically each month from the date you subscribed (not the 1st of the month). A VAT invoice is generated automatically and sent to your email. EU B2B customers outside Poland are covered by the reverse-charge mechanism — VAT is not applied.

No. Post drafts, brand settings, AI assistant configuration, and connected social profiles are all preserved regardless of your subscription status.

Posts that cannot be sent due to an inactive subscription or insufficient credits will not go out. The post data remains saved in your account.
